Nicki

Three years after achieving remission from leukemia, Nicki completed a half marathon—and raised $10,000 for NMDP.

"I can't think of a better organization to support than NMDP, a nonprofit that funds groundbreaking research, eases the patient financial burden and provides life-saving blood stem cell transplant to give recipients a second chance at life.”

—Nicki

Amy

Amy raised money for NMDP by running a half marathon just over two years after receiving a blood stem cell transplant for leukemia.

Bob

Together with his daughter and a friend, transplant recipient Bob founded Team Lifeblood in 2011 to do fundraising bike tours. He's still at it more than 40,000 miles later.

“I started biking when I first began my healing journey post-transplant, and quickly realized I could use my passion to help others. With more funding we can remove barriers and help save more lives."

—Bob

Jon

Jon created the "Stinky Memorial Ride" in honor of his dad, Greg, a blood stem cell transplant recipient who had a passion for riding motorcycles.

"Although he passed way from complications from MDS (a blood cancer) and the transplant, it gave us two more years with him. We're so passionate about raising awareness to help those that need it."
